桜雨。。

今週末は至る所で桜が満開ということですが、今日は、あいにくの冷たい雨が降っています。明日は、桜祭りでのお仕事もあるので、桜流しとならなければいいなぁと思っています。昨夜は　仕事帰り花あかりに誘われて歩き回った方もいらっしゃったのでは。
　ところで、我が家のなかも花盛り。。ゆりの花が２輪大きく開きました。その他の蕾もふっくらふくらんできています。百合というと外国では、イースターリリーズといって　新しい生活と生命の象徴です。

Easter lilies

All of Japan seems to catch cherry blossom fever this weekend although it is a rainy day today in Hiroshima. I hope rains won't wash away the cherry blossoms and it will be sunny tomorrow, because I will work for Sakura festival tomorrow. At home I enjoy cherry blossoms and lilies in full bloom. I like the smell of lilies and they remind me of Easter.
