Now is the good season for oysters. On February 14, 15 , oyster festival was held in Miyajima(one of the three famous views in Japan.) Hatsukaichi(city I live) is famous for oysters. This restaurant serves the oysters from my city. I remember I had oysters in Massachusetts in America and Sicilia in Italy. This is my first time to enjoy oysters in French style.
